Distance Education Certificates and Diplomas​

The UPEACE Distance Education Programme offers a range of Certificates and Diplomas across both credit-bearing and non‑credit (training) programs, designed to recognize learning outcomes for students, professionals, and lifelong learners.

What we issue:

  • Certificate of Completion: Awarded to learners who successfully complete online courses offered for credit or as non‑credit training. This certificate documents the course title, learning objectives achieved, number of contact or credit hours, and the date of completion.
  • Certificate of Participation: Issued to individuals who finish automated (self-paced) courses. It confirms participation and the completion date, and may be used to demonstrate continuing professional development or training activity.

How they’re delivered and verified:

  • Digital delivery: Certificates are issued electronically in PDF format within 2–4 weeks of course completion and are suitable for printing or uploading to professional profiles.
  • Optional physical copies: Printed certificates are available on request for an additional fee and are mailed within 4–6 weeks.
