Requirements to Enroll and Tuition Fees
Requirements:
For graduate credit:
- The applicant must submit scanned or fax copy of his/her degree.
- English Proficiency: Participants whose native language is not English are required to demonstrate their English proficiency. Participants who submit a score of 600 or higher in the paper version of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (PBT); 250 in the computer version (CBT) or 100 in the Internet based version (IBT) will be considered to have the necessary English level to participate in Master's courses. (UPEACE TOEFL Code 7180). IELTS scores from the British Council and other recognized English language proficiency tests are also accepted. The minimum score for IELTS test is a band score of 8; Very Good User. Participants who graduated from an English language-speaking high school shall submit their high school diploma as proof. Participants who graduated from an English language speaking higher education institution with a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree, are eligible for a waiver from the TOEFL.
- Applicants need to send their Curriculum Vitae by email.
- For the course "Democracia y Desarrollo en América Latina", spanish proficiency is required.

Cost of Courses
- For graduate credit: 3 credit course$2,000 / 2 credit course $1300 / 1 credit course $670
- Training purposes or other: 3 week course $1,200 / 2 week course $800 / 1 week course $400

Important dates:
Enrollment for the courses will start by 14, April 2008.
Courses will run from 12 to 30 January 2009.
Deadline for receiving applications: 31 October 2008.
Deadline for payment: 14 December 2008.
Payment: Payment of the course tuition can be made via credit card or wire transfer to UPEACE´s Bank account before 14 December 2008
