Summer Sessions in Costa Rica at the University for Peace
Bring your students to a wonderful intercultural experience in this unique country

How much does it cost?

The following costs are based per student, per 5- day week, for groups of 20 students. Costs can be adapted according to group sizes and special requirements.

Option A: Use of UPEACE classrooms, housing in Ciudad Colón, transportation to and from the University, lunches and coffee breaks. $570 per student per week

Option B: Includes all services in Option A, plus a 3-hour daily course facilitated by UPEACE faculty member. $840 per student per week

Option C: Includes all services in Option A, plus a 6-hour daily course facilitated by UPEACE faculty member. $940 per student per week

Spanish Lessons: $35 per student for 3-hour sessions each day for 5 days.

Instructors: The cost for the instructors accompanying student groups is $500 per instructor per week. This includes use of UPEACE facilities, hotel accommodations, lunches, coffee breaks and transportation.

These costs do not include: travel and associated costs to and from Costa Rica; health insurance; costs for dinners during the week and all meals during the week-ends; fieldtrips and tourist activities.
