Douglas Janoff

Is a Canadian foreign service officer with extensive experience in the area of inter-American human rights processes and negotiations. He published “Pink Blood: Homophobic Violence in Canada” in 2005 and is now working on a Ph.D. dissertation that examines the intersections of diplomacy, human rights, and the global LGBT rights movement. He is currently a Diplomat in Residence at the Patterson School for Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky.
