UPEACE mission at the Mayoral Elections 29 November 2010 - San José, Costa Rica. UPEACE Postgraduate students and Faculty from 32 countries, representing the continents of Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe, will be accredited by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Costa Rica (TSE) to be observers in the upcoming municipal elections of 5 December 2010. In total, UPEACE will contribute 67 accredited observers to this democratic effort.
