UPEACE 30^th Anniversary commemorative stamp for collectors

On the occasion of the University for Peace (UPEACE) 30^th Anniversary celebration, the Costa Rican Postal Office is issuing a commemorative stamp. The series is called "Higher Education in Costa Rica" and it showcases UPEACE and the University of Costa Rica, which is celebrating its 70^th anniversary.

We now have the philatelic samplers, which are collector's items. The sampler includes the description of the emission, the stamp itself and the first day envelope

The price per sampler is $12 plus shipping.
