UPEACE Rector was Keynote Speaker in high level events in Mexico

January 9, 2017. Mexico City - UPEACE Rector, Francisco Rojas Aravena, was invited to speak at the inauguration ceremony of the Masters in Hemispheric Security of the Mexican Federal Police. In this opportunity the Rector met with the director of the Mexican Federal Police: Commissioner Manelich Castilla. They exchanged ideas and suggestions to subscribe an agreement between both institutions.

As part of this trip, Dr. Rojas participated as one of the main speakers in the 40th anniversary of the Latin American Peace Investigation Council, which took place in its 10th international seminar. The Rector gave a keynote speech on the following subject: "The right to peace is built through human security".
